Daisy is a sweet 3-year-old Maltese who was rescued from Omaha Animal Care & Control, a high-risk shelter in Nebraska. 
When she first arrived, Daisy was underweight, limping slightly from an old paw injury, and had a dull coat from neglect.

Her foster family says she loves cuddles, follows them around the house, enjoys short walks and playtime with her toys, and gets along wonderfully with other pets. Daisy has the gentle, loyal temperament that makes her a perfect companion for any family.
